Schools
Watch Men are responsible for the overall safety and security of schools. Having a safe school plays a critical role in the school’s culture and climate. Watch men actively engage in supporting a safe environment in order for staff and students to be successful in the classroom, school, & the community. A calm, structured, and positive learning environment is top priority for the security team. The role of a Watch men is physically demanding as they are the first line of defense to defuse or de-escalate serious incidents and must respond urgently and appropriately.

In the big picture, gun control does nothing and the bad guy can still get guns. Why leave our school vulnerable with new laws that don't help? You need a first line of defense that keeps everyone protected. Locked doors work but the enemy can still get in and find that one classroom that is unlocked. Lets face it, a great response by law enforcement is in minutes, is what we offer in seconds.

Assessment
Here at Christian QRF, we know most churches will use members of their own church. To be of service we will come in and make a mission package for your church using a 90/10 rule. 90% of people attack soft targets because they are opportunistic, 10% attack because of revenge or anger and think it through. We will come in and look over your location, assess the situation and resolve any problem at hand. If you can stop us, you can stop almost anyone.
At the end of the assessment we will provide a response plan, escape plan, and training for your staff and church as needed. We build a relationship with your security team and get to know them.
Physical Security
Again, we understand your church will most likely use your own members for services security. We can provide full security or assist your team for day to day business, or help during big events so the church body can enjoy the event together. We are trained for any environment.
